Fried Noodle is a type of fried egg noodle. The most important things in making Fried Noodle are good color, good shape, fluffy dough, smooth and sweet taste. Because of its very low water content, it can be preserved for a long time without deterioration. It is very convenient to be used at any time.

Fried Noodle is a famous Chinese noodle. After frying, the noodles are charred outside and tender inside, fragrant but not greasy. It can be mixed with different ingredients to make different flavors of Fried Noodle, such as Chicken silk Fried Noodle, shrimps Fried Noodle, Mixed Veg Fried Noodle, etc.

 

Fried Noodle, is made with refined flour, fresh eggs; roll into thin slices; add flour and water into noodles; and then fried in oil until golden brown to form a crisp fluffy egg noodle.
