The taste of Egg Noodle is completely different with other types of noodles. Egg Noodles are crunchy, flexible and resilient. The ingredients are flour and duck eggs; traditional manufacturing process; and the special strength of press flour machine.

Different from ordinary noodles, Egg Noodle are made with medium gluten, high gluten flour and alkali water; thus, the teeth that eventually make the noodles. Duck eggs mix with flour to produce the gluten of the dough, make your mouth feel fragrant. Once the noodles are cooked, drain off the water, then drizzle with soup which made from pork bones and fresh shrimps; then serve with Wonton; that is a classic Wonton Noodle Soup.
